A Fire Captain, a Pool Owner and a Hawaii Building Manager Walk Into Our Google Reviews
Three new 5-star Google reviews this week, from a retired LA County Fire Captain, a pool owner and a building manager in Hawaii.
This week three customers took the time to post 5-star reviews on Google. One is a retired Los Angeles County Fire Captain. One is a homeowner with a swimming pool. One manages a building in Hawaii. Different situations, same result: they’re ready before an ember lands.
A retired fire captain’s verdict
“I am career firefighter recently retired Los Angeles County and former Captain… Sherwin is very experienced expert at evaluating your home for fire threat and setting you up with the proper tools and equipment to be able to defend your property… I was surprised to learn that Sherwin is not a career firefighter, you would never know… These guys are all about Integrity, honesty and customer satisfaction… Nobody in this space has more experience or clearer picture of how to identify and evaluate the threat and develop a plan to mitigate it. I highly recommend Ace fire defense. Get prepared!”

A pool turned into a fire defense water supply
“I purchased the Ace Fire Defense Pool Pro Kit… and upgraded to the Honda WH20X pump for higher pressure and reach. Sherwin Ross set up the whole system at my property… and taught me how to use and run all of the equipment. Sherwin was responsive and hands-on from start to finish… Having this system gives me real peace of mind. It’s like a spare tire or a fire extinguisher: you hope you never need it, but if an emergency happens, you’ll be very glad you have it.”

Out-of-date hoses replaced, up to code
“Sherwin is passionate about helping people and his community prevent and fight back against fires. I have never seen anyone so willing to assist for a cause. His products are first class. Our fire hoses were out of date. We were delighted to find Sherwin and Ace Fire Defense to have an affordable source that met code.”
